Parenting can be hard. Arguments with children or teenagers often occur over the most ordinary tasks, and we find ourselves frustrated, emotionally exhausted, and overwhelmed. The situation can be even more difficult for parents whose children experience ADHD, behavioral or emotional problems, or routinely act out. We have the best intentions to be supportive and present for our children, but the daily realities sometimes don’t measure up to our plans.

Many parents report feeling not only fatigued, but may even be experiencing parenting burnout. They become more easily irritated with their children than they had in the past, often feel exhausted by the responsibilities of parenting and working, and wonder if they are doing a good job as a parent. It can be difficult to know where to find support.

We’re here to help.
